Ideal family pet, Standard Poodle is most fabulous and cheerful dog. Standard Poodle is a unique dog in competitive obedience, able to carry out variety of tasks on ground and in waters. As compared to its smaller variants, the Standard Poodle is calm, gentle and a little low of energy. Standard Poodle is a square-proportioned medium or medium to large sized, lively and active dog. Its beautified and charming appearance is due to its colorful coat. According to height and size there are three main variants of the Poodle breed. The Standard Poodle can be trained in any field of dog talents. Swimming is its instinct pleasure; it therefore is an extremely sharp water retriever and duck hunter.
